Health Care

The Institute operates health centers in Brooklyn, the Bronx, Manhattan, and Dutchess and Ulster Counties in the Mid-Hudson Valley. People of all ages are welcome at our centers.

We offer primary medical care, behavioral health (counseling) and dental care, along with many other services. We use a state-of-the-art electronic health record system so we can give you great health care.

We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most insurance plans. If you do not have health insurance, we can help. Ask us about how to apply for our sliding-fee discount program. You may be eligible based only on income and family size. No one is turned away.

This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
