2025 Holiday Hours

Our locations are closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Some of our sites have modified hours on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. Please call our call center at (844) 434-2778 with any questions.

In addition, the Amsterdam Family Health Center and the Cadman Family Health Center will close early at 5:00pm on Wednesday, November 26 (the day before Thanksgiving).
