The Institute for Family Health has partnered with findhelp to help you get connected with programs and services we don’t provide. The Institute + findhelp provides a carefully selected network of social service resources near where you live to help you find what you need.
Patients and community members can try this easy-to-use-tool to look for local programs that offer help with:

- housing
- education
- work
- legal aid
- and more!
