Primary Care
Primary medical care is at the heart of what we do. If you are well, we can help you stay healthy. If you are sick, we can treat you. If you have a chronic illness, we can help you take good care of yourself. We make sure you receive all of the preventive services and health education you need. We also help you access specialty services and hospital care if you need it.
Most of our primary care providers are Family Physicians or Family Nurse Practitioners. They can provide care to people of all ages, including babies, children, teens and adults of any age.
We offer compassionate, high-quality services to everyone, regardless of ability to pay. No matter who you are, we’re here to help.

The Institute for Family Health accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most insurance plans. If you do not have health insurance, we can help. Ask us about how to apply for our sliding-fee discount program. You may be eligible based only on income and family size.
