If you are expecting a baby or have a young child, we can help. Our Family Programs offer the support, knowledge and resources you need to help give your children a great start and foster healthy family relationships.
We can help you with:
- Having a healthy pregnancy
- Planning and preparing for labor and delivery
- Newborn and infant care
- How to interact with your baby and encourage their development
- Infant feeding and lactation
- Fatherhood support
- Connection to community resources
- Provision of necessary baby items
- Mental health education and support
- Connecting to health care services (for you and your family)

No one is turned away
The Institute for Family Health accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most insurance plans. If you do not have health insurance, we can help. Ask us about how to apply for our sliding-fee discount program. You may be eligible based only on income and family size.
